POLICIES

Rates 


Rates are in US Dollars and are per room, per night, double occupancy.
Each extra person is $18 per person/per night.
Rates include full breakfast.
Rates do not include 13% Costa Rica sales tax.
The rate for the full stay must be paid in the event of departure prior to the scheduled checkout date, without fault of the hotel.
We accept payments in cash (in US dollars or local currency) and all major credit cards (subject to 5% commission).



Cancellation Policy:


Please be sure of your plans before booking.
We are a small hotel, dealing mostly with advance reservations. Date changes and cancellations affect us dramatically.
However, if your plans change, please be aware of the cancelation policy:


• If reservation is cancelled more than 15 days prior your arrival, no charge on your credit card.


• If reservation is cancelled less than 15 days prior to your arrival, full stay amount charged on your credit card.


• No show - we will charge full stay amount.



Arrival/Departure


Check-in time is between 1 pm and 9 pm.
Late check-ins (after 9 pm) - please contact us in advance.


Check-out time is 11 am. Late check-outs may be permitted subject to availability. Additional fees may apply.



General Policies:


• No smoking is allowed inside the rooms..


• Pets not allowed.


• No noise after 9 pm.
